Unlike Iron Clutch’s wildly popular kickboxing classes, MoveStrong does not place a heavy emphasis on aerobic fitness. Strength is king and with good reason; by prioritizing strength and movement quality, one can effectively build muscle and lose fat while staying injury free. The class consists of basic strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, and various pushing and pulling exercises with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
