Jordan Kane is one of ICF’s newest team members. However, he has been a part of our gym for years, training in the jiu-jitsu program. In his previous occupation, Jordan worked at a physical therapy clinic where he gained knowledge of injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. He has a passion for fitness and healthy living, which is very apparent through his work with clients and his drive to continue learning and keep up with current research within the strength and conditioning industry. Graduating with honors from Kennesaw State University, Jordan obtained his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science. Jordan is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). The CSCS certification is highly regarded as the most advanced certification in the industry. He is also an ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS). This is another esteemed certification in the fitness industry; requirements to take this certification are a 4-year degree in an Exercise Science related field and CPR/AED certification. Regardless of your athletic ability, Jordan’s approach to fitness will help you or your small group reach your fitness goals in a safe and effective way.
