Ethan Garrison – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Ethan Garrision received his black belt in 2012 from   Roberto Traven and he has been fighting competitively and teaching for many years and has toured the world to learn from some of the best instructors and fighters available. He trained in the U.K with Micheal Bisping at the Wolfslair as well as training in Vegas with Todd Duffy and Forest Griffin at  Xtreme Couture’s. Ethan has also trained Jiu Jitsu under Gracie Barra, Kazeka Munoz, Roan Carneiro “Jucao”, and Roberto Traven.

Currently, Ethan is a Professional MMA fighter with a 8-0 pro record. He teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Marietta location.

Byron Bloodworth – Kickboxing

Byron Bloodworth, born on August 16, 1983 in Lynchburg, Va., is a 3 year bantamweight, MMA pro. He holds the title for the Georgia Fighting Championship 135 weight class. Recently, Byron was signed to the UFC and will have his debut fight in Washington D.C.. He is known as one of the most respected fighters and trainers and currently trains under UFC veteran Roan Carneiro. His current record holds at 6 wins, 1 loss, and 0 decisions. Byron currently teaches kickboxing and boxing as well as does personal training.

Jordan Kane, CSCS- Personal Trainer,
Strength and Conditioning Coach

Jordan Kane is one of ICF’s newest team members. However, he has been a part of our gym for years, training in the jiu-jitsu program. In his previous occupation, Jordan worked at a physical therapy clinic where he gained knowledge of injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. He has a passion for fitness and healthy living, which is very apparent through his work with clients and his drive to continue learning and keep up with current research within the strength and conditioning industry. Graduating with honors from Kennesaw State University, Jordan obtained his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science. Jordan is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). The CSCS certification is highly regarded as the most advanced certification in the industry. He is also an ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS). This is another esteemed certification in the fitness industry; requirements to take this certification are a 4-year degree in an Exercise Science related field and CPR/AED certification. Regardless of your athletic ability, Jordan’s approach to fitness will help you or your small group reach your fitness goals in a safe and effective way.
